Meet Our Team

Kareem Bidemi Adeniyi is President & CEO of First-Bond, a global professional services consulting firm. In addition to chairing the board of directors, Bidemi is responsible for managing the firm, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and interacting with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. He is First-Bond’s primary decision- and policy-maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture

Bidemi exemplifies First-Bond’s commitment to helping its clients reach their full potential. He is a proven leader, with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships, audit, risk and compliance management, a passion for building outstanding client teams and a disciplined focus on operations and execution.

Bidemi has a career spanning over 14 years. Over the 14 years, He has held a wide variety of positions both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom in Internal Control, Audit, Risk and Compliance across key sectors including Retail and Investment Banking, Health and development industry. Some of the companies he has served include, United Bank for Africa Plc, Sterling Bank Plc, Ecobank Nigeria, Guys and ST Thomas NHS Foundation, United Kingdom, Home Fundraising, United Kingdom and Society for Family Health Nigeria. Prior to Forming First-Bond, He oversaw the Risk and Compliance Function in Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation.

Bidemi holds a Master in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University London, United Kingdom, a Bachelor Degree in International Accounting from The University of Northampton, United Kingdom and a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Kaduna State Polytechnic Zaria, where he was awarded the best graduating Student in Accountancy and School of Management Studies in 2001.

He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Certified Information System Auditor, Certified Risk and Assurance Manager, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the CFA Institute.

Bidemi will be managing the Investment Advisory, Asset Management, Governance and Finance Services arms of First-Bond.

Olubukola Oluwayemisi Abiola is Vice President 1 and Chief Operating Officer at First-Bond Consulting, a global professional service consulting firm.

As part of the leadership team of First-Bond Consulting, Olubukola is responsible for the successful delivering of the firm’s vision and mission through ensuring the deliverance of exceptional clients’ services and relationship management to drive competitive advantage for First Bond and Partners.

Olubukola career spans over 10 years. She has held variety of positions both within Nigeria and United Kingdom with majority of the role being in Customer Relationship Management, Marketing and Information Technology Operations with reputable organisations. These organisations include Sterling Bank Plc, Right Angle Consulting in the UK and Asda UK. During her time at Asda, she was an Eleven times recipient of Asda Stars Award for Service Excellence. She has a passion for Exceptional Service Delivery

Olubukola is an Alumni of City University, London and holds a Master of Science Degree in Telecommunication and Networks where she graduate with Distinction. She also holds a Second Class Upper Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Lagos State University, Nigeria. She is a Certified Ethical Hacker, a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering United Kingdom and Institute of Engineering and Technology United Kingdom.

Olubukola have attended various training courses in Nigeria and Overseas relating to Information Technology. In addition to be the firm’s Chief Operation Officer, she also oversees the Information Technology arm of First–Bond Consulting.

Victoria Imafidon is Vice President 1 and Chief Business Strategist and Innovator at First-Bond Consulting, a global professional service consulting firm.

As part of the leadership team of First-Bond Consulting, Victoria is responsible for the successful delivering the firm’s vision and mission through the use of innovative business, marketing, technology, data and people strategy to find and drive competitive advantage for First Bond and Partners.

Victoria leads the work of the development team, policy and communication staff, she is responsible for shaping the development of First-Bond incipient strategies, and responsible for setting the timetable and process for review of strategic plan which will run in the long-term.

Victoria career spans over 12 years. She has held variety of positions both within Nigeria and United Kingdom with majority of the role being in Audit, Accounting, Management Consulting and Business Development with reputable organisations

Victoria holds a Masters in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University United Kingdom where she was awarded best postgraduate student in Business Strategy. She also holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University United Kingdom and a Diploma in Accounting from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

She is a Prince 2 Certified Project management Professional and A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant.

Victoria currently oversees the Business Strategy and Innovation arm of First–Bond Consulting.

Jimoh Sikiru Babatunde is Vice President 1 and Chief Internal Auditor of First-Bond Consulting, a global professional service consulting firm.

In addition to proffering professional advice to Board of Directors, Sikiru ensures strict compliance of the firm with international standards in the areas of good governance, core values, ethics and culture.

Sikiru has vast experience in internal Control, Investigation and Audit spanning over 14 years in Nigerian Banking institutions such as United Bank for Africa Plc, Sterling Bank Plc, Ecobank Nigeria and Wema Bank Plc

He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Babcock University, Nigeria, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babcock University, Nigeria and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Offa, Nigeria.

He is an Associate Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the CFA Institute.

Sikiru currently oversees the Audit and Compliance function of First-Bond Consulting.
